Salary and Benefit details:
Chef de Cuisine
Superb Tax free salary. Flights. All food and accommodation included. Rolling Contract of 4 months on, 2 months off.

Candidate requirements:
Previous Cruise Ship experience as an Executive Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine. Good attention to detail required. Experience in International cuisine and High volume banqueting, fine dining. Good leadership skills required.

Previous Cruise Ship experience ideally required.

STCW certs required
