Job description:
As the Head Chef you will be required to lead a team chefs.
Will be responsible for supervising, motivating and training your team. Responsible for food costs, developing revenue and maximizing sales.
Responsible for the entire food operation whilst providing a high quality product.
Achieve targets whilst maximising food quality.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 - 3 years experience working as a Head Chef in a high quality restaurant. Ideally branded experience required.
Excellent management and leadership skills required. Good computer and financial skills required. Good team player with ability to train and motivate staff.
Good leader with strong financial knowledge.
