Associate Hotel Director - 5* International Cruise Line- Location: Cruise Ship in International Waters, Cruise Ships / Offshore
- Contract type: Permanent
- Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Salary and Benefit details:
Superb Tax free salary plus bonus. Flights, medical paid by the company. All food and accommodation included. Single cabin. Rolling Contract of 4 months on, 2 months off. Full vacation pay, so paid 12 months of the year.
Bonus can be very lucrative!
Job Description:
Works with and assists the Hotel Director supervising and directing all of the Hotel Operations department. Then will cover the Hotel Directors leave and will be HD on the ship for 2 months responsible for all Hotel Operations covering F&B, Housekeeping, Purser and Guest Relations, HR and Training etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous Cruise ship experience as a Hotel Director or F&B Manger on large volume ships required.
Or 3 - 5 years experience as a GM or F&B Director in large scale 4* /5* Hotel /Resorts.
Exceptional leadership qualities and communication skills required. Experience in managing large volume Multi outlet operations is a must.
