Good day to you I hope you are well and having a great week. I am delighted to share with you a really fabulous new role working for our client a Countryside Boutique Hotel in Buckinghamshire
This Boutique Hotel has 40 bedrooms, a welcoming bar and restaurant and two private rooms seating up to 40 people for weddings, parties and meetings. The hotel has its own vegetable and herb garden. The kitchen produce a new fresh menu daily, they use local produce for the menu making sure it is as fresh as possible, using daily seasonal ingredients for its dishes.

Reporting to: Head Chef/Executive Head Chef
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days
Shifts:, Day, Evening, Weekends
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for: Commis Chefs
Departments covered: Restaurant, Bar
Working on variety of sections
Preparing and cooking vegetables, meats, fish
Following recipes and cooking them to the companies standards
Keeping a log of fridge/freezers temperatures
Stock rotation/labelling expiry dates on food
Cooking dishes from Bar/restaurant/Private dining and functions menus
Supporting your team on their stations in addition to your own station
Presenting all dishes to companies standards
Flexible attitude to working hours
Working 5 out of 7 days
Days, evenings and weekend shift
Cooking a variety of Starters, Main Courses, Desserts for Families, Tourists and Business People
YOU The Exciting Professional
Your experience will include
A minimum 3 years experience cooking in a Rosette or 4 star awarded Restaurant
Qualified to NVQ 2 standards
Enable to work under pressure and maintain high quality standards of cooking
A team player
Attention to detail
Creative, Enthusiastic, Loyal, Flexible
You have experience cooking modern and traditional British Cuisine
Personal attributes
Fluency in written and spoken English
You will need to be eligible to work and live within the UK
You will need to be currently living and working in the UK
This is not a live in position; you will be required to source your own local accommodation
Due to the remote location you will ideally have your own transport as there is no public transport available
