Salary: Circa 16500++ Dirhams per month TAX FREE / this is circa £3000UK per month TAX FREE

Managing Co: A super large function in Dubai which has many brands and functions within it’s umbrella organisation
Reporting to: Brand Excellence Manager
Reports: 4 Retail Training Executives reporting to you
Working days: 5 of 7 days needed as the operation is running 7 days a week

The Role: Job Description On Application
In this fabulous role, you will be classroom brand training, creating manuals, workbooks, Train the Trainer sessions, inductions, shop floor training, selling training, passing the brand standards and passion to the staff through effective training skills and sessions. Leading your team of 4 Retail Training Executives, working on designing, TNA and creating the solutions to the challenges highlighted in Customer feedback to show effective business change. The Training Manager’s prime responsibility will be to ensure that all store members are provided with core skills in accordance with the brand standards. You will be managing the training budgets of the company and show effective business change through measurements and revenue generation.
You the Candidate:
You will currently be or have recently be a Training and Development Manager or perhaps store manager of a Coffee outlet and skilled heavily in training and motivating your team. You will have worked in Dubai, Europe, Australia, South Africa New Zealand or perhaps Canada before. You will be fun and energetic and able to facilitate training sessions with innovation and passion. You will be super at PowerPoint and the creation of training sessions. Facilitating classroom and 1:1 sessions will be like water off a ducks back to you. You will come from a hospitality background, perhaps like Starbucks, McDonalds, KFC or even a ‘fresh’ new brand in hotels or retail stores. Your training style will be inclusive and you will have had experience training delegates from all over the world and different cultures. You will be looking for an adventure in an international market to develop yourself both personally and professionally.
