Job description:
As the Sous Chef you will be required assist the Head Chef in managing the unit and team. Lead and manage a small team of chefs.
Will be responsible for supervising, motivating and training your team. Achieve targets whilst maximising food quality.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 - 3 years experience working as a Sous Chef in a high quality restaurant.
Excellent management and leadership skills required. Good team player with ability to train and motivate staff.
