Rob has worked within the hospitality recruitment industry for over 9 years. Rob has worked with Hays Recruitment, The CTI Group (Global Hospitality Recruitment) and Berkeley Scott Group Plc (The UK’s largest Hospitality & Leisure recruitment company).  For the past 4 years Rob worked as a Senior Consultant within the Cruise & International Recruitment Team at the Berkeley Scott Group Plc.

Russ Simove

Russ has worked within the hospitality industry for over 18 years. A very successful degree in BSc Retail Hospitality Management at Loughborough University led to employment paths including working within Walt Disney World, Florida, USA; An ambassador for Virgin Atlantic Airways; A Lead Corporate Trainer with Carnival Cruise Lines; Assistant HR Manager for Disney Cruise Line and The De Vere Group Plc (Now known as De Vere Venues) as a Business Regional Training Consultant.  Russ joined the Berkeley Scott Group Plc Cruise & International Recruitment Division in July 2003 as Team Manager.

Rob and Russ worked together as an effective team for over 3 years within the Berkeley Scott Group Plc Cruise and International Division before setting up Excite Recruitment.
