Rob Weeks
Rob has worked within the hospitality recruitment industry for over 10 years. Rob has worked with Hays Recruitment, The CTI Group USA (Global Hospitality Recruitment) and Berkeley Scott Group Plc (The UK’s largest Hospitality & Leisure recruitment company). Rob worked as a Senior Consultant within the Cruise & International Recruitment Team at the Berkeley Scott Group Plc. for 4 years before setting up Excite Recruitment with Russ in June 2007. Excite Recruitment is now at the forefront of Cruise / International / UK recruitment working with many fantastic clients. Today we work within a range of consumer focused, service oriented sectors including cruise lines, quality 5* hotels, branded franchises, travel, tourism and the luxury hospitality market.

Russ Simove
Russ has worked within the hospitality industry for over 22 years. A very successful degree in BSc Retail Hospitality Management at Loughborough University led to employment paths including working within Walt Disney World, Florida, USA; An ambassador for Virgin Atlantic Airways; A Lead Corporate Trainer with Carnival Cruise Lines; Assistant HR Manager for Disney Cruise Line and The De Vere Group Plc (Now known as De Vere Venues) as a Business Regional Training Consultant. Russ joined the Berkeley Scott Group Plc Cruise & International Recruitment Division in July 2003 as Team Manager and remained with the company for 3 years. Having forged a fabulous business partnership with Rob, they both set up Excite Recruitment in June 2007 which has grown from strength to strength due to hard work, integrity, honesty and doing business 'the right way'. Russ is proud to be able to work within such a great team offering 'service excellence' to our partners and guests.

Jason Slattery
Jason Slattery is Excite Recruitment`s Senior Recruiter for UK Catering & Hospitality Personnel, he has over 20 years’ experience within the Catering and Hospitality Industry and is experienced in recruiting for 4*, 5*, AA Rosette and Michelin Star awarded establishments throughout the UK. A self-starter, who likes to plan, strategize, and implement procedures, making sure they are followed up and completed within a targeted time period, Jason believes in a personal one to one service when dealing with clients, candidates and employees, he feels by doing this it has created loyal and long standing relationships throughout his career.

Lauren Auletta
Lauren has six years of experience in the Cruise sector having worked for Carnival UK in Head Office and on-board P&O Cruises ships 'Arcadia & Oriana' as Loyalty Manager. Lauren has also worked for Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruises as Personal Cruise Specialist and Customer Service Executive in their UK Head Office which has allowed her to have a unique insight into how some of the biggest cruise lines work. During her time at both companies Lauren worked in a range of departments including, Sales, Customer Relations, Concierge and Fleet Personnel. Lauren has now been recruiting for the cruise industry for over a year and her personal experience will be of great value to business partners, guests and candidates of Excite Recruitment.
